DJ Gollum (born Lars Böge)
is a German DJ and
record producer in the field of commercial
electronic dance music. His style
can be classified in the genre hands-up and
as LAR5 in
the genre House. Besides
his work as a producer Lars
Böge is booked as
a DJ regularly in nightclubs.DJ Gollum
is active as an artist of the dance scene since
1993, when he met DJ Hunter and assisted him in a village party.
They became friends and decided two
turntables and a mixer to buy.
Together they put on at various private parties.
He began a complete studio equipment to buy, and debut single Black Arrows
out by EDM Records.
With his next singles
Plastic Enemy along
with bulldozers, his success
grew. His single
was released on the label Passenger
Global Airbeatz and
its publication Narcotic in cooperation with the Basslovers United in 2010 Zooland
Records. 2012 was published under the
pseudonym LAR5 along
with the pop singer Jai Matt the song All My
Girls as a single. The pseudonym he used
to be active under a different name
in the genre House
and electro-pop. As
LAR5 he remixed
in 2013 and the
song Kill It On the Floor by Danny Suko, Denny
Crane and Tommy Clint
in two variants. Firstly, as electric remix
and the second as
a pop mix.In August 2013, the
single Jump This
Party appeared under the name
LAR5 in collaboration with Nicco and Jai Matt.
For this song he
mixed another version under the
pseudonym DJ Gollum in the hands-up style. This
remix was released already
on 31 May 2013 at Future Trance Vol 64,
so three months before the official
release. He also
mixte Niccos song
Ibiza as LAR5
