At first, Flo Rida named his fourth album Only One Rida
(Part 2), which name is a twist of his third album Only One Flo (Part 1).
Flo Rida himself also confirmed the fourth album would be a sequel of his third
album. But he later turned down the idea, and named his fourth studio album Wild
Ones. In January 2012, a song called "Run to You" leaked via DJ
Coco. It featured RedFoo of LMFAO with T-Pain on the hook. The song was later
changed to simply be called "Run", without T-Pain. But offically was
written by T-Pain. Flo Rida recently confirmed that Jennifer Lopez, Georgi Kay,
Lil Wayne, RedFoo of LMFAO will be featured in the album. On August 21, 2011,
Flo Rida released the first single from the album, titled "Good Feeling",
which samples Etta James' song "Something's Got a Hold on Me".The
song is very similar to "Levels" by Avicii, which also contains the
Etta James sample. The song was very successful all across the world, peaking
at number three on the US Billboard Hot 100 and being certified 2×
Platinum for shipping around two million copies in the US alone. The second
single, titled "Wild Ones", was released on December 19, 2011. The
song features Australian singer-songwriter Sia Furler as a vocalist. The third
single "Whistle" was first played on April 16, 2012, on The Kyle
and Jackie O Show on Sydney radio station 2Day FM. A promotional single
entitled "Hey Jasmin" was released on June 6th, 2012 with an
accompanying music video. The fourth single released was "Let It
Roll".Listen song here:YouTube
